Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and evaluating loan applications, working with clients to determine the best loan options, underwriting loans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include guiding clients through the mortgage process, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry with an NMLS Brokers License
• Closed at least 1 loan per month for the past 12 months
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
• College degree is preferred
