Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for processing and approving mortgage loan applications, working with underwriting teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients about loan options, and managing the loan process from application to approval. Cultivating relationships to gain market share with referral partners.

Locations Hiring For

You will be under Federal licensing so allowed to originate loans in 50 states. The position is remote, but we are specifically looking for loan officers in the CA, AZ, NM, UT markets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mortgage lending and industry practices
• Experience in underwriting and processing mortgage loans
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of loan officer duties and responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
