Role Description

This is a full-time On site or Remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, evaluating and underwriting loan applications, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client financial information, preparing and submitting loan applications, and maintaining current knowledge of mortgage industry trends and regulations. The officer will also work closely with underwriters and other professionals to ensure the smooth processing of loans.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
• Skills in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
• Strong Marketing and Networking skills
