The Job

We are seeking full-time contractors who can source their own leads and work independently with an independent brokerage. We provide tools, resources, and sometimes leads and advertising. Your responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, pre-qualifying clients based on income and debts, advising on financial strategies, and collaborating with lenders and underwriters to find the best programs.

This position is commission-based with a generous split.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer or Realtor
• Active Mortgage Loan Officer license in Texas (also applicable in Florida, Colorado, and California)
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and underwriting processes
• Attention to detail and financial analysis skills
• Ability to work remotely and source your own leads
• Familiarity with loan origination software and CRM systems (we use Arive)
