• Call, qualify, and close warm leads provided daily
• Advise borrowers on tailored loan solutions
• Guide clients through every step of the loan process
• Deliver a 5-star experience while hitting volume and conversion targets
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer required
• Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with Non-QM loan products
• Confidence working the phones and converting live transfers
• NMLS license and background check required
• A commitment to high-performance and client-first service
