First Northern Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to proactively solicit new residential first mortgage loans and build a strong referral network with customers, realtors and builders.
You will present bank mortgage programs, assess applications, and coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth loan process while fostering community relationships and meeting production goals.
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for proactively soliciting new residential first mortgage loans to existing and prospective customers to meet established loan quality and production goals. The MLO will develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships to ensure a recurring source for mortgage loan referrals. The MLO will enhance this network by regularly participating in business-related development opportunities, community events and professional organizations.
