Role Description

This is a remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing documents, taking a complete URLA, and working with other mortgage industry professionals to provide lending services. This is a Brokering position, Secondary Market and Correspondent experience are helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
• Must be able to hang an active license in good standing with Ion Mortgage and Lending LLC
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely on 1099
• Proven track record of meeting loan production goals
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
