Position Overview:

We’re looking for a high-performing, driven Loan Officer to join our team and work exclusively with warm, motivated purchase leads from Hello Green Home. You’ll help homebuyers navigate their financing options and take advantage of significant seller-paid interest rate buydowns — a game-changing advantage in today’s competitive housing market.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with pre-qualified, high-intent purchase leads directly from our iBuyer affiliate, Hello Green Home
• Guide borrowers through the loan process, from application to closing
• Present tailored loan solutions, emphasizing the value of seller-paid rate buydowns
• Collaborate with real estate and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Deliver clear, consistent communication and world-class service to every client

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Advisor (NMLS license required)
• Strong knowledge of purchase transactions and conventional loan products
• Familiarity with interest rate buydown strategies — especially seller-paid buydowns — is a major plus
• Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to modern loan origination platforms
