Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) State License.
• Experience with mortgage loan software such as Encompass or Calyx is a plus.

Role Description
