Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for our Southern New Jersey market, including locations such as Mount Laurel, Galloway, Sicklerville, and nearby towns.

The role is full-time and commission-based with potential hybrid work arrangements. Responsibilities include soliciting first mortgages through Realtors, builders, and developers, evaluating applicants, recommending suitable loan products, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience in the local market.
• 1+ years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts outside the organization.

Responsabilités

• Develops and expands referral sources to solicit first mortgages and maintains relationships with Realtors and builders.
• Assesses financial information from applicants to determine loan qualification and matches products to needs.
• Engages in sales activity to encourage clients to do business with Fulton Bank and cross-promote services.
• Completes loan-originations paperwork, follows regulatory requirements, and communicates with customers throughout the process.
