Role Description

Offering full or Part-time remote roles for a Mortgage Loan Consultant in:

• Ohio
• Alabama
• Florida
• Georgia

We train our self generating Mortgage Loan Originators to service existing relationships and build new business relationships, serving as a resource for mortgage products. You would be responsible for collecting and reviewing financial documents, sourcing various lenders to seek out loan solutions for your clients.

Continuos coaching and training provided at a "work at your own pace" schedule. YOU either know or will learn the mortgage lending process, how to secure loan approvals, and ensure your files are compliant with underwriting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry preferred BUT not required
• Must be Licensed OR willing to be Licensed through the NMLS
• Knowledge of Underwriting procedures
