Responsibilities

• Work directly with document custodians to address outstanding exceptions.
• Prepare and submit release requests to document custodians.
• Analyze monthly custodian defect reports for accuracy.
• Meet deadlines for review and clearance of defects.

Skills

Knowledge of Agency (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA) collateral requirements

Strong organizational skills

Ability to meet critical deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail

Education

Minimum 4-year degree from accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
