Job summary

PNC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for the Greater Orlando area (Orange, Lake or Osceola counties). This in-office role focuses on recommending loan solutions, managing customer relationships, and guiding mortgage transactions from origination through closing.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strong compliance, and the ability to analyze complex financial information for borrowers. Prior mortgage experience is valued.

Qualifications

• University degree typically required with <1 year of professional experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications and experience may be considered.
• Experience in mortgage lending and client relationships is preferred.
• Strong analytical and compliance knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships and seeks opportunities to retain or develop new clients; responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
