Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in mortgage licensing, compliance, banking operations, or financial services administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAFE Act requirements and mortgage regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated escalation point for MLO challenges.
• Manage all aspects of MLO licensing through NMLS.
• Monitor and maintain active licenses and renewals.
