Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as the expert for residential lending systems. You will design, test, and implement system enhancements, providing production support and coordinating with stakeholders for post-implementation tasks.

You will gather requirements, develop workflows, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Customer, and other regulations while collaborating with Credit Administration, Legal, and Product Management to deliver compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as business analyst or operations analyst focusing on loan origination systems.
• Experience with design, testing, and production support of loan systems and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determine system needs and consult with business line on problems, enhancements, or new functionality.
• Prepare requirements for maintenance and enhancements and present recommendations to management.
• Write business/system requirements, build workflows, and support mortgage banking systems.
• Conduct user and quality assurance testing; develop test scripts and coordinate with vendors for enhancements.
