Job summary

loanDepot is seeking Licensed Lending Officers to handle a high-volume flow of online customer contacts from our call center. You will present loanDepot’s competitive edge, evaluate client needs, and sell valuable financial solutions to clients across the country.

You will build rapport, analyze financial situations, and determine the appropriate loan product to meet client goals while educating them on mortgage management and debt.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience in a direct lending environment.
• Excellent customer service and follow-through to take care of clients.
• Proven production of top performance in similar models.
• Flexible and adaptable with fast learning and high pace.

Responsibilities

• Licensed Lending Officers receive a high-volume lead flow from our call center.
• Present loanDepot’s edge, evaluate client needs, and sell financial solutions nationwide.
• Build rapport, analyze finances, and determine optimal loan products for client goals.
• Educate clients on mortgage management and debt.
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Maintain minimum production standards for originations and fundings.
