Position Summary:

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and prospects nationwide, utilizing AI technology and marketing tools. Your responsibilities include building relationships, analyzing financial scenarios, and offering tailored solutions in a high-volume environment. Attendance at open houses on weekends is expected, with one weekend off per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high call volumes from clients nationwide
  • Demonstrate excellent time management (minimum 8/10 proficiency)
  • Provide accurate mortgage information
  • Build rapport and address client needs
  • Guide clients through mortgage options
  • Collaborate with sales and loan teams
  • Use CRM tools effectively
  • Prove technical proficiency in relevant tools
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Follow-up diligently (must meet 8/10 standard)
  • Engage in loan structuring and processing
  • Ensure compliance with loan timelines and types
Qualifications:
  • Current, valid NMLS license (minimum 2 years or willing to train)
  • At least 2 years sales experience, or 5 years if newly licensed
  • Availability for 40-45 hours/week
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in call centers or finance is a plus
  • Basic mortgage knowledge is advantageous
Selection Process:
  • Initial phone interview
  • Assessment and testing
  • Zoom interview with team leaders
  • Final interview with CEO
Training:
  • Mandatory two-week training for new hires
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Open houses on 3 out of 4 weekends)
  • Closed Sundays & Holidays
Compensation:
  • W-2 employment
  • Base salary and/or commission
