Position: Mortgage Lead & Realtor Account Representative (FULL-TIME)

**Position Summary:**

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients nationwide, providing mortgage guidance, and building relationships. Attendance at open houses on weekends is expected, with one weekend off per month.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Provide accurate mortgage information
  • Build rapport with clients
  • Use CRM and other tech tools proficiently
  • Assist with loan structuring and compliance

**Qualifications:**

  • Valid NMLS license (minimum 2 years)
  • At least two years in sales and mortgage origination
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Selection Process:**

  • Phone interview
  • Assessment and testing
  • Zoom interviews with team members and CEO

**Schedule:**

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Open houses)

**Pay:**

  • Base salary and/or commission (W-2)
