Job summary

You will participate in weekly department and internship-led training sessions, guided by senior team members and leadership, to gain real-world exposure to mortgage processes.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is working toward a bachelor’s or associate degree in Finance or Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotation through mortgage functions and department trainings.
• Provide project management support and assist with onboarding checklists.
• Assist with resource documentation and presentation materials.
• Support the entire mortgage process from application to closing.
• Contribute to process improvements and share ideas.
• Gain knowledge of mortgage workflows.
