Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a strong referral network of real estate professionals, builders, and other contacts to generate mortgage lending opportunities.
• Responds to customer inquiries and referrals with timely follow-up and service.
• Consults with prospective borrowers to assess financial needs and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of public programs supporting community development and affordable housing.
• Ensure compliance with HMDA and other applicable regulations.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with diverse audiences both internally and externally.
