Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales
• Two plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $8 million (minimum)
• Established relationships with local referral networks
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong computer skills and experience using laptop technology
• Successful candidate must meet and follow SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS

Responsibilities

• Interview new and existing customers to determine loan needs and advise on appropriate products, terms, and pricing
• Generate complete mortgage applications and ensure procedures are followed while meeting sales goals
• Develop and maintain a quality network of referrals (realtors, builders, professionals, contacts)
• Provide tailored advice and build relationships across banking, lending, and investing
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to branch success
