Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks an Investor Liaison Associate to manage loan conditions and coordinate documentation with investors and Lennar teams. You will handle inquiries, verify data accuracy across Credit, Compliance, and Closing, and drive timely resolution of conditions to support funding workflows.

Daily duties include monitoring suspense conditions, interfacing with borrowers and subservicers, and maintaining meticulous records in SMO.net.

Responsibilities

• Verify daily that loans have been delivered/received by investors they were shipped to.
• Receive inquiries from investors regarding loan documentation/attributes.
• Verify information requested is accurate for Credit, Compliance, and Closing documentation.
• Review supporting information to determine validity of conditions and provide documentation as needed.
• Check Encompass for missing documents not transferred to AIQ or other repositories.
• Place un-rebutted suspense conditions in SMO.net within 24 hours and clear from queues.
• Follow up on SMO.net conditions every 48 hours until documentation is received.
• Contact borrowers and outside agencies to obtain documentation on priority files.
• Respond to investor communications promptly to facilitate funding.
• Maintain notes in SMO.net documenting actions taken on each loan.
• Assist post-closing with documentation corrections to ensure insurability.
• Provide feedback to investor contacts when patterns of conditions are detected.
• Follow up daily when a loan sale is cancelled to recover notes.
