Qualifications

• Two to five years' experience preferred.
• Active funding of more than 2 loans per month is a plus.
• Completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify, compile, and input mortgage application information.
• Discuss and advise clients on home loan options.
• Review loan application files for completeness.
• Inform supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
