Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with solid knowledge of mortgage loans.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Registration with the NMLS prior to performing duties as MLO.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans.
• Interview applicants to determine mortgage qualification.
• Analyze financial situations to qualify for loans.
• Input customer information into the loan origination system.
• Make credit recommendations to underwriting representatives.
• Monitor loan file throughout the process.
