Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: actively funding >2 loans/month; Xinnix Training for LO; or Origination mentor assigned by branch.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan files to verify data completeness including assets, liabilities, and employment length.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
