First National Bank of America is seeking an engaging Sales Assistant to help Account Executives set up new mortgage files for processing. The role emphasizes accurate and efficient preparation to ensure timely loan closings, with leads and resources provided.

The position supports document handling, income calculations, and coordination with brokers and internal teams to move files through processing, including eConsent/eSign and IT plumbing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of mortgage or lending experience preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Will train the right candidate.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Sorting/splitting/labeling docs when a file is submitted.
• Communicate with broker to collect necessary documents and agreements.
• Income calculation, complete Income workbook.
• Communicate with internal parties to complete processes necessary to help the files through the process.
• Follow up on eConsent/eSign/Intent to Proceed (ITP).
• Lending tech logins.
• Update Encompass contacts/new CRM.
