DynaGen Lending is seeking detail-oriented Mortgage Client Care Specialists to help clear loan conditions and move files toward closing while you learn the mortgage process from the ground up. • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple files at once.

• Interest in mortgage, finance, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming loan files to identify outstanding conditions and what's needed to clear them.
• Reach out to borrowers to collect, follow up on, and track down the documents needed to keep files moving.
• Clear conditions and partner with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to push files toward closing.
• Enter and verify information in our loan origination system, keeping every file accurate and up to date.
• Learn the basics of the mortgage process, underwriting requirements, and borrower communication from people who actually do it every day.
• Build the organization, follow‑up habits, and product knowledge that separate top operators from everyone else.
