River City Mortgage is hiring for our Consumer Direct Sales team, a full-time onsite role designed to launch a long-term career in mortgage sales. You start with a 4–6 month structured training program with paid training, NMLS licensing support, and hands-on experience using company-generated leads from day one.

After licensing, you continue in a driven, lead-based environment, handling refinances and purchases, with elite pricing and the support to grow your income through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• Motivated, coachable candidates with an interest in sales or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with qualified leads to help borrowers refinance or purchase homes.
• Operate in a high-opportunity, lead-driven sales environment with strong pricing support.
• Close a high number of transactions and grow income through uncapped commissions.
