U.S. Bank is seeking a Default Management Foreclosure Associate for our Kentucky location. You will review loan files to determine foreclosure eligibility and initiate referrals to our attorney, supporting multiple foreclosure projects including distressed properties and quality control.

The role requires a high school diploma and typically four or more years of related experience. Onsite work is required three days a week at our Tamarack Rd, KY office, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review loan lists to determine eligibility for foreclosure.
• Prepare referral packages and send to attorney.
• Assist in foreclosure projects (distressed properties, charge offs, non-monetary breached loans, quality control).
