U.S. Bank seeks a Default Management Foreclosure Associate in Owensboro, KY, onsite three days a week at the Tamarack Rd office.

You will review loan accounts to determine foreclosure eligibility, gather required documents, and forward referral packages to the attorney for processing. The role supports foreclosure projects including distressed properties, charge-offs, and non-monetary breached loans, demanding strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically four or more years of related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong reading, writing and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review loan accounts to determine foreclosure eligibility.
• Initiate foreclosure referrals on defaulted mortgages and gather required documents.
• Prepare referral packages and coordinate with the attorney.
• Support foreclosure-related projects including distressed properties and charge-offs.
• Assist in quality control and handling of non-monetary breached loans.
