Job summary

Atterro is seeking a Mortgage Data Analyst to join our Santa Ana, CA team. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide leadership decisions in a fast-paced environment. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a pay rate of $37–$40 per hour depending on experience.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced Excel skills, and 1+ years of data analytics experience. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and reporting tools is expected, with responsibilities including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field required.
• Coursework in financial accounting, data analytics, or business intelligence is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Use statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Create reports and visualizations that support leadership decision-making and operational improvements.
• Review data for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform data cleansing activities.
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
