Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for client communication and documentation.
• Experience originating mortgage loans and growing business with real estate partners.
• Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills to develop referrals.
• Knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio mortgage products and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, builders, attorneys, and referral partners.
• Generate new mortgage loan business through networking, community involvement, and customer referrals.
• Educate borrowers on available mortgage products and financing options.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application process from initial consultation through closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and servicing teams to create a seamless borrower experience.
• Maintain and obtain NMLS registration through Home State Bank.
