• Prepare Closing Disclosure and ensure timely funding at settlement.
• Coordinate settlement through the closing portal and obtain required fees.
• Verify TRID compliance, HOEPA/HPML tests and correct discrepancies.
• Review homeowner's insurance and escrow analyses for accuracy.
• Monitor CD dates, disclosures, and net funding to the settlement agent.
