Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Closing Manager at our Dallas, TX location.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
The Mortgage Closing Manager manages and leads a team of Mortgage Closers who ensure that the closing function is an efficient, accurate and supportive part of the overall loan process necessary to assist Guardian Mortgage customers with a smooth, timely and compliant closing for their homes.
The individual should have a sincere desire to collaborate with colleagues and mortgage origination teams in an environment of mutual respect and high performance. Candidates should be resourceful, have a good sense of humor, low ego, a growth mind set, desire support a successful department and the confidence to communicate directly with Mortgage Operations Leaders, Loan Officers and Sales Leadership when needed.
Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
