Texana Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Mortgage Department. This non-originating role does not require NMLS registration and does not involve licensed mortgage activities.

You will recruit Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and new customers, develop recruitment strategies, conduct outreach and field recruiting to expand Texana Bank's branch network while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Position Summary

The Mortgage Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a vital role in driving Texana Bank’s growth by recruiting Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and New Customers. This position is a non-originating role that does not require NMLS registration and does not involve any licensed mortgage activities.

Compensation:

• Base wages required.

Eligible for recruiting overrides based on actual recruitment efforts.

• Compensation structure may include basis points (bps) on designated/recruited production.
• Optional Compensation Cap applies
