Responsibilities

• Manage operations and budget of branch office.
• Recruit, evaluate, and select branch personnel including loan officers and staff.
• Set sales goals and supervise staff to achieve them.
• Build volume and realtor relationships with branch officers.
• Maintain licenses and registrations including NMLS.
• Monitor and manage branch pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and investor requirements.
• Promote company values and corporate culture.
• Support corporate office in follow-up of trailing documents.
• Formalize sales strategies, forecasts, and reports.
• Train and manage loan officer team according to standards.
• Review compensation and production projections per policy.
• Market and promote with realtors and referral networks.
• Expand market share and participate in leadership meetings for improvements.
