Job summary

Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager to recruit, coach and lead a high-performance origination team across branch operations. You will drive day-to-day origination activity, ensure compliance with investor guidelines, and maintain a focus on customer service and ethical standards.

You will mentor Mortgage Loan personnel, stay current with federal regulations and product guidelines, and work with senior management on innovative loan origination opportunities while managing branch revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field required or preferred.
• 7+ years related mortgage origination experience; 2+ years in branch management preferred.
• Experience leading Loan Originators and sales teams preferred.
• Proven ability to grow sales and meet revenue goals.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA/CONV/USDA products and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performance origination team and support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day branch origination activities to meet defined goals.
• Provide leadership to ensure ethics, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain knowledge of investor guidelines.
• Manage branch revenue and expenses to meet company objectives.
• Procure new loan applications resulting in funded loans.
