Job summary

First Community Mortgage is seeking a leader to develop and manage initiatives to grow the mortgage business in the local market. You will recruit, train and supervise loan officers located in the area, and work closely with marketing to drive growth with strategic plans and ongoing recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years experience in managing a sales team.
• Knowledge of Ellie Mae, DU and LP and lending guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented, analytical and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, implement and own key initiatives for First Community Mortgage business.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage loan officers in the local area.
• Work with marketing to develop and implement a strategic plan to grow mortgage business.
• Mentor loan officers to reach production goals and build business development.
• Create bank territories to expose FCB/FNBT products and opportunities.
• Manage loan officers to adhere to a monthly marketing budget.
• Provide weekly goals and monthly closings reports.
• Develop and implement weekly sales meetings curriculum.
• Oversee relationships with realtors, builders and banking staff.
• Frequent travel to home office/branches as required.
