• Six months of administrative support experience or equivalent.
• Experience with email, word processing, and customer service.
• Must complete training program to advance to Trainee 2.
• NY HELPS program with possible non-competitive appointment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries from mortgage loan originators.
• Handles calls from NYS Taxation and MLO lines.
• Provides information on application submission procedures.
• Generates letters and performs document searches.
• Assists in other support tasks as needed.
