Job summary
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking an experienced leader to head mortgage analytics and insights for MPF and related mortgage market data. You will guide strategic direction, manage risk, and drive enterprise-wide decision making.
You will partner with senior leaders to analyze emerging issues, develop actionable recommendations, and lead a team of managers and analysts in delivering centralized reporting and advanced analytics capabilities across the mortgage portfolio.
Qualifications
- Lead the mortgage analytics and insights function for MPF and mortgage market data.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executives and boards.
- Oversee development of advanced analytics and data science capabilities to enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Establish vision for a high-performing mortgage analytics organization.
- Partner with MPF business leaders and stakeholders to analyze issues and propose solutions.
- Lead a multi-level team with managers and analysts, focusing on talent development and performance.
- Oversee regulatory reporting and centralized reporting on MPF portfolio performance.
- Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and errors.
