YesCanDo Money is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our fee-free mortgage brokerage. You will receive high-quality, organic leads from our internal marketing team and help clients with tailored mortgage and protection advice, guiding them from application to completion.

Your Role:

As a key Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will:

• You will be supplied with a strong amount of high quality, organic leads, straight from our website and internal marketing department.
• Provide tailor-made mortgage and protection advice to a wide customer base, focusing on sales and building relationships. Kickstart the mortgage process for clients, then expertly transition cases to our dedicated Client Support Managers, who will see the process through from application to completion. This unique support structure allows you to focus on your strengths, free from administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Develop and sustain enduring customer relationships, building trust and securing their financial well‑being. Play a significant part in YesCanDo Money’s growth and success through sustainable business development and by meeting both personal and team targets.
• You will have an amazing opportunity to build your own client bank within YesCanDo Money and this will be kickstarted with an initial supply of existing renewal customers.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who has mortgages in their blood with years of experience in giving watertight advice. A team member who has a drive to earn a strong income, knowing the harder they work the more money they will make.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients. A collaborative team member who also excels independently.
