Job summary

Guidance Residential, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team, helping families navigate our Sharia-Compliant home financing products. You will turn leads into funded contracts and manage an active pipeline from outreach to closing.

Based in Reston, VA or nearby areas, this in-person role offers uncapped earnings through a 100% commission structure, comprehensive training, and strong support from a purpose-driven organization serving Muslim-American communities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience articulating product or service features, benefits, and value.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients.
• Familiarity with local Muslim-American communities and mosques required.
• Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred.
• Must communicate effectively via telephone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through homebuying or refinancing, ensuring a transparent, professional experience.
• Convert leads into funded contracts, aiming for 3-4 closures per month.
• Surpass monthly sales goals with strong pipeline management.
• Follow up with clients, respond to inbound leads, and generate referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events promoting Sharia-Compliant home financing at mosques and community groups.
• Build relationships with referral partners like real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.

We are seeking a driven Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team providing front-line customer service helping families navigate the home financing process.

Your Impact

• Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
• Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
• Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications
