Guidance Residential is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team in Inland Empire, CA. You will guide families through the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience, in person.

This role offers uncapped commissions with a 100% commission-based structure and extensive training, including NMLS exam preparation. You will build relationships with real estate agents, attend community events at mosques, and manage a robust

Responsibilities

• Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
• Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
• Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
• Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.
