You will convert leads to funded contracts, manage an active pipeline, and participate in outreach events at local mosques and community organizations while collaborating with real estate partners to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to articulate product features, benefits and value.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Familiarity with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques.
• Effective communication with customers, colleagues and managers via phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent, professional experience.
• Convert leads into funded home financing contracts and meet monthly targets.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up with clients, respond to inbound leads and generate new business via networking and referrals.
• Host and participate in outreach events and seminars promoting Sharia-Compliant financing at local mosques and community groups.
• Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
• Collect and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
