Imperial Companies in Morrison, IL is hiring Route Sales Delivery Drivers for full-time positions. You will deliver snacks and beverages, provide World Class Service, and manage daily truck loading and inventory.

The role requires a valid license, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Compensation starts at $3,500 per month with further potential up to $5,000 per month plus commissions, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Our Route Sales Delivery Drivers work daily to provide World Class Service by delivering snacks and beverages to our customers.
• Work independently with excellent customer service interactions with clients.
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver products (Pop, Snack, Pastry, Sandwich, etc.).
• Lift and load product (50+ pounds) on and off the truck, with or without assistance.
• Walk, sit, bend, reach overhead, stoop, climb stairs, and drive as required.
• Use handheld computer to take inventory and place orders.
• Be responsible for handling money at machines safely.
• Be punctual and professional in appearance.
• Exercise independent judgment to maximize sales by meeting customer needs.

Starting Rate Range - $3,500 per month with potential for more

Potential to make - 45,000 to 70,000per year

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Our Route Sales Delivery Drivers work daily to provide World Class Service by providing snacks and beverages to our customers
• Work independently and have World Class Customer Service and interaction with our customers and clients
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver product (Pop, Snack, Pasty, Sandwich, Etc.)
• Lift and Load product (50+ pounds) on and off the truck, with or without assistance
• Walk, Sit, and Bend at waist and knees, Overhead reaching, Stooping, Climb Stairs, Drive
• Use handheld computer
• Take inventory and order product from warehouse to load on truck for delivery
• Be responsible for taking money to and from machines in a safe
• Be on time and present
• Display Independent Judgement to maximize the sales to customers, by providing what they want
• Have direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption
