Job summary

Imperial Companies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Merchandise & Delivery Associate to support weekday daytime operations. You will analyze points of sale to optimize product mix and deliver items to client sites, ensuring efficient routes and minimal spoils.

You will use a handheld computer for inventory, lift and load products, and provide world-class service to customers. A valid driver’s license and prior retail or grocery experience are preferred, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily to client sites in all weather.
• Ability to lift and load products.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze points of sale to determine proper merchandise to maximize sales.
• Drive company vehicle and deliver products.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle.
• Use handheld computer to take inventory and order stock.
• Maintain world-class customer service and work independently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Workdays, Monday through Friday
• Analyze points of sale to determine the proper merchandise to minimize spoils and maximize sales
• Work through data to optimize product mix and route efficiency
• Drive company vehicle, Deliver product (pop, snack, pastry, sandwich, etc.)
• Lift and load product on & off the vehicle both with and without assistance
• Walk, Sit, Bend at waist and knees, overhead reaching, stooping, stairs, driving
• Use handheld computer to take inventory and order product
• Work independently and have World Class customer service
• Have direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• A safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier & valid license
• 1 + years of relevant work experience preferred
• Willingness to travel every day to and from the client/customer site in all-weather elements, driving a company vehicle
• Ability to work well with people and independently
