Job summary

The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) seeks a Full-Time Program Manager, Morocco Ground Based Air Command and Control to manage cradle-to-grave FMS for a Ground Based Air Command and Control system. This position is at Hanscom AFB, MA and is a GS-13 equivalent role.

This position requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, and may be subject to random drug testing. Telework is limited; primary duties are performed in a secure facility.

Qualifications

• FMS lifecycle management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Experience coordinating with DoD and international partners.
• Strong program reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cradle-to-grave acquisition management for a Morocco FMS Ground Based Air Command and Control system.
• Procure, install, integrate, test, deliver and sustain the system.
• Lead IPTs and monitor contractor performance to meet contract terms and schedules.
