Job summary

General Fasteners Company in Portage, MI is hiring a full-time Distribution Associate. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, and the ability to operate handheld scanners. Forklift certification is preferred and prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
