Job summary

DeLallo is seeking a Morning Shift Warehouse Associate at our Mount Pleasant, PA facility. You will help ensure orders are completed for daily delivery, including picking, packing, and operating warehouse equipment.

You will use a voice system (Vocollect) for directions, wrap and label orders, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Training is provided to new hires, with safety a priority and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, palletize, and prepare large orders according to established procedures.
• Use voice system technology (Vocollect) to receive directions and communicate with the system in warehousing tasks.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Securely wrap, label and stage customer orders accurately.
• Conduct checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report discrepancies or damage.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents.
