Under the Lead Teacher, you help with daily planning, classroom activities, snack preparation, and seasonal songs and puppetry, while helping maintain a warm, beautiful learning environment that reflects Waldorf education.

Qualifications

• ECPC Level 2+ credential required per Colorado DHS.
• Background in Waldorf Early Childhood or Lifeways.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with daily planning and carrying out activities.
• Support classroom management and supervision of a mixed-age class.
• Assist with snack preparations and practical/artistic activities.
• Help present seasonal songs, stories, and puppetry.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and aesthetics in classroom and campus.
